Djakarta Warehouse Project began its journey in 2008 as merely a club event that took place in Jakarta’s renowned Blowfish club called Blowfish Warehouse Project. The festival upholds one of the most consequential values that Indonesia possesses; diversity. A wide spectrum of sub-genres under the dance music category are given a platform through the multiple stages in the festival, one of them being the bird-shaped main stage called ‘Garuda Land’ inspired by the country’s coat of arms, Garuda Pancasila.
Throughout its ten editions, some of the world’s biggest acts have graced the stages of Djakarta Warehouse Project including Calvin Harris, Steve Aoki, Carl Cox, Skrillex, Tiesto, Diplo, Major Lazer, Martin Garrix, David Guetta, Armin van Buuren, Axwell x Ingrosso, and DJ Snake, amongst many. Starting from 2010, the festival has been held annually in the month of December as a one-day festival until it expanded into a two-day festival in 2014 and welcomed the world’s biggest paint party, Life in Color.
In 2015, Djakarta Warehouse Project was named 'Best EDM Festival 2015' by EDM Sauce. In 2016, the festival was attended by over 20,000 international visitors from 39 countries around the world over two days. The festival also hosted the Asian debut for Elrow's touring concept in Barcelona in 2017 with a special stage and colorful spectacle. That same year, hip hop acts made their debut at the festival with all members of the 88rising clan and Desiigner in attendance. In 2018, the festival made a triumphant return for its 10th Anniversary Edition on December 7, 8 & 9, 2018 at GWK Cultural Park, Bali for its first 3-day edition. A record-breaking homecoming celebration was held at JiExpo Kemayoran, Jakarta, on December 13, 14 & 15, 2019, attracting over 90,000 visitors.
After two years of being held virtually until 2021 with DWPV and DWPV 2.0, 2022 witnessed the return of the much-missed offline version of Djakarta Warehouse Project, the epic return of which attracted over 34 countries in 3 days. In 2023, DWP celebrated its 15th anniversary edition at GWK Cultural Park, Bali.
This year DWP returns on December 12, 13, and 14, 2025 in Bali, Indonesia promising to deliver a spectacular experience and lineup.
Wolf Alice
Asia Tour 2026
North London quartet Wolf Alice first emerged in 2013 with the bruised euphoria of their debut album My Love Is Cool, which featured the Grammy-nominated ‘Moaning Lisa Smile’. 2018’s follow up Visions Of A Life cemented their rise with a Mercury Music Prize win, before the precious hurt of 2022’s Blue Weekend and its resultant number 1 in the UK album charts and Brit Award for Best Group.
August 29th, 2025 will see the release of Wolf Alice’s fourth album The Clearing via their new global label home, Sony Music and finds them at the peak of their powers, grown into a band of significant cultural importance. Written in Seven Sisters, North London and recorded in LA with Grammy-winning, master producer Greg Kurstin last year, The Clearing reveals where Wolf Alice stand sonically in 2025, delivering a supremely confident collection of songs bursting with ambition, ideas and emotion; The Clearing is a truly timeless record.
Both playful and serious, ironic and straight-talking,The Clearing is a progressive shift from a band whose exploration of love, loss and human connection has already articulated the coming-of-age experience for a whole generation. It’s a classic pop/rock album that nods to the ‘70s while remaining rooted firmly in the present. If Fleetwood Mac wrote an album today in North London, you’d get somewhere close to this run of effortlessly grand tracks, each as distinct as the last. Sonically, there is no waste, no fuss, with more authoritative melodies than the band has ever crafted before. This is a new beginning, and each of the band feels it as keenly as listeners will.
Across their career, Wolf Alice have toured the world multiple times on headline sold out tours, gracing numerous festival stages and supporting an array of key artists. This summer so far sees confirmed slots at Radio 1’s Big Weekend and Glastonbury with a huge headline world tour scheduled for the end of 2025.
